We deliver every Wednesday and Friday between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm.

Yes, McKays Family Butchers offer free delivery for orders over $100 within selected Melbourne suburbs. A $15 fee applies for areas outside our delivery zone.

How do I know if you deliver to my area?

You can contact us if you’re unsure whether your suburb is included.

What’s the order cut-off time?

For Wednesday delivery, order by Tuesday 10:00 am.
For Friday delivery, order by Thursday 10:00 am.

Can I change or add to my order after placing it?

Yes. Contact us via email (info@mckaysfamilybutchers.com.au) or call (03 9763 0016) before 3:00 pm the day before delivery.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

If no one is home, your order will be returned to our store. You’ll need to collect it within 24 hours. No redeliveries or refunds are available.

How is my order packaged?

All orders are hand-cut fresh and packed the day before delivery to ensure quality and freshness.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

No. Deliveries occur within an ETA window, but specific times can’t be requested.

How should I store my meat after delivery?

Refrigerate your products immediately upon receipt to maintain freshness and safety.

What if a product I want is out of stock online?

Please get in touch. We may be able to recommend a substitute or source it for you.
