Scotch Eggs

A Scotch Egg is a delicious, boiled egg which has been wrapped in sausage meat and then coated in breadcrumbs and either baked or deep-fried. Our Scotch eggs recipes are pre-made meals and ready to eat either cold or hot. If you want hot Scotch Eggs, heat your conventional oven to 180 deg C/160 deg C Fan Forced and place the eggs in the oven for approximately 10-15 minutes. This will return the crunch to the Scotch Egg.
