Rack of Lamb

Preheat the conventional oven to 180 deg C/160 deg C Fan Forced. Rub olive oil, rosemary, thyme and salt and pepper on the lamb but don’t overdo the seasonings. Roast the Lamb for 20-30 minutes, depending on your preferred level of doneness. Remove from the oven and let the meat rest for 10 minutes before serving this lamb recipe.
