Pork Spare Ribs

This pork spare ribs recipe needs to be roasted in your oven. Pre-heat a conventional oven to 160 deg C/140 deg C Fan Forced. Place the Ribs in a roasting pan. It can be covered or uncovered. Roast for approximately one to one and one-half hours. When cooked, the meat should easily fall away from the bones. If it looks like the Ribs are drying out, cover them with foil for the remaining cooking time. Transfer the Ribs to a plate and rest for 10 minutes before serving. If you want other meat options, try beef ribs instead.
