To serve this Pork Belly recipe, preheat your conventional oven to 220 deg C/200 deg C Fan Forced. Season the meat with salt and pepper. Roast in the oven for approximately 20 minutes. Turn the heat down to 160 deg C/140 deg C Fan Forced and continue to cook the Pork Belly for approximately one hour and 15 minutes. Transfer to a plate and let the meat rest for 10 minutes before serving.
