Lamb Leg

Preheat your conventional oven to 200 deg C/180 deg C Fan-Forced. Dice a few cloves of garlic. Rub some oil all over the lamb and sprinkle with rosemary, thyme and the diced garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Grease a deep roasting pan and place Lamb in the pan. Place in the oven and cook for 15 minutes. Reduce the heat in a conventional oven to 180 deg C/160 deg C Fan-forced. Cook for 1-2 hours depending on how you like your Lamb. This can be an alternative to lamb backstrap recipes.
