Lamb Chump Chops/Mid-Loin Lamb Chops

Lamb chump chops or mid-loin lamb chops meats can be barbecued or pan-fried. For pan frying, rub salt, pepper and oil on both sides of the meat. Heat a frying pan and add the lamb meat. Add Rosemary if you wish and some Worcestershire sauce for a taste of the recipes. Cook each side for 4-5 minutes or until desired doneness.
