Beef Rump Steak

BBQ or Pan Fry for this recipe. Take the beef steaks out of the fridge and let sit for about 30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add some oil and butter to a heavy frying pan. Add some diced garlic and then add the steaks. You can also add thyme or rosemary to the pan. Turn the steaks every minute for browning. Cook until desired doneness. Transfer to a separate plate and cover in foil for five minutes.
