American Beef Ribs

This is slow-cooked meat. We marinate our beef ribs using an authentic American recipe. All you need to do is wrap the ribs in foil and cook for 2 1/2 to 3 hours in a conventional oven at 150 deg C/130 deg C Fan Forced. To add a little browning to the ribs, open the foil about 15 minutes before they are done. Also great to cook in a Weber or BBQ.
